How will I send you my files?

For basic Lightroom editing, your images will be sent as a Lightroom smart catalog. This allows us to send large galleries back and forth without having to send RAW files. You will upload the gallery to WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Don’t worry, I’ll send you a step by step guide!

Will you match my style?

Of course! Before you send me your catalog, I’ll have you edit a few images in your style and label them red. These are called “anchor images.” These images will help serve as references for editing the rest of your wedding gallery. I will send you sample edits before completing the gallery- and I can make adjustments if needed!

When will I get my images?

I aim for accuracy over speed. You can expect to receive your wedding back within 5-7 business days. This can vary based on the season, but I will communicate with you if necessary.

Can I send a catalog if I use Lightroom CC?

No. Unfortunately you cannot send a catalog if you use Lightroom CC. If you do use CC, you will have to send me RAW files, but be aware that you may have to pay for a file service due to the large volume of images.

What if I’m not happy with my edits?

That’s okay! There are a million ways to edit a photo- and if I don’t get it right, tell me! Please let me know if there are any images that you want tweaked- that’s what I’m here for! I will gladly discuss any issues.

How do I pay you?

We work on the honor system! I will send an invoice after your gallery delivery. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please pay invoices within one week.
